Oops. Bill Maynard just brought a terrible gaffe to my attention. I wrote that Hannah and Andrew I observed Type 3 Red Crossbills in Rocky Mountain National Park, Boulder County, yesterday, Sunday Nov. 29th, but I meant to write Type 5 Red Crossbills. Apologies to all the twitchers who are already zooming up Hwy 7 to get the birds. Again, Type 5, not Type 3. (And also Type 2s.) -------------------------------
