Last night I had about half an hour at Walden Ponds, where I saw a few pelicans, a great egret, the two little blue herons down at the end of Cottonwood Marsh by the boardwalk, and lots of yellow warblers. I missed the Connecticut warbler and least bittern, unfortunately.
