I forgot to mention in my earlier post that the lake level must be up a few inches, as the small sandbar near the marina is almost all sub-aqueous now and only a few gulls and no pelicans were there mid-day. The gull is adaptable and seemed happy in the southern part of the lake, where there is extensive habitat. Joe Roller, Denver
