Hello all, Peter Gent, Bob Righter, and I visited Cherry Creek State Park Saturday morning. Our highlight was a breeding-plumaged Red-necked Grebe. It was out near the center of the lake toward the dam-our best view was from the point on the Lake Loop. We also saw a Long-billed Curlew at the southeast corner and two Ospreys along the east shore. We did not see the Neotropic Cormorant.
