After about 30 minutes looking for the mountain plover on the dirt
road and pullout where it was previously reported, Joe Roller spotted
it at about 4:40 on the bike path that goes west from the Coalton
trailhead parking area. It was perhaps 50 yds west of the trailhead,
along the path just before it dips down into a draw. It was still
present when I left at 5:55; Joe was waiting for it jump over to
Jefferson County. A biker had just come over the trail a little after
4:00, so presumably it had moved there after then.
