Hello cobirders, Attempt number two at this. Today Andy Bankert and I birded briefly in Teller County and later in Pueblo County.
No Rosy-finches were found in the town of Goldfield today, but snow was lacking. There were large numbers of Evening Groesbeaks in Victor and two Rough-legged Hawks along Hwy 67. In Pueblo County we refound the Northern Cardinal reported along the Arkansas River near the nature center. The White-winged Scoter continued at the previously reported location in the SWA, actively diving at the eastern extent of the ice.
