Hi Cobirders
In saw two America Dippers in Clear Creek at the I-76 bridges, east of
Lowell Blvd. and 55th Pl.(Adams Co.) Although the birds were near each
other, I could sometimes see both of them in my binos at the same
time, I didn't see any apparent interaction. They both were feeding in
the creek, but one was much less active than the other. I watched for
about 30 min.
Other birds seen nearby included three Black-billed Magpie, a Black-
capped Chickadee, and an eastren, female Downy Woodpecer. All the
Downys I've seen in northwest Denver and nearby Adams Co. have been
easterns.
