We’ve banded 105 birds thus far this week at Chico Basin Ranch.  Steve Brown 
posted Monday’s catch, so here are captures for Tuesday – Thursday.   Both 
Tuesday and Wednesday were slow (and hot!), but things picked back up today.  
The Long-eared Owls have moved on.   The first Western Kingbird arrived at the 
station on Wednesday.
