Hi all, On the way back from my cabin in the Wet Mountains this morning, I went by Pueblo Mountain Park entrance in Beulah, where the gate was closed, and the sign saying closed for the day do to drought conditions. There is a fire burning in the Wet Mountains, about 5 miles North of Beulah, so this might also be a reason the Park is closed. There suppose to be a Butterfly Trip to Pueblo Mountain Park, next Saturday, so who knows if the park will be open by then or not. If you were planning to look for Acorn Woodpeckers, Grace's Warblers, etc. at Pueblo Mountain Park today, it isn't a good idea to go there. I'm not sure if it will be open over the weekend or not.
