Today at 11 am at Rocky Mt. Arsenal NWR, the nest near the eastern boundary in the treeline was occupied by 2 adult bald eagles. They were observed by several of us through a scope to apparently be mating--a delayed Valentine's Day for them. Also a large flock of redheads and another of canvasbacks are present on Lake Ladore, in numbers larger than recently reported.
