----------------------------------------------------------- From: spark Message 3 in Discussion .Net provides you far more type safety that the old world. So often there wasnt much need to name a pointer according to teh type is refers to because a refernce to type is also strongly typed. This deprecates the need for a strict naming convention which was the central need for Hungarian. However if you start looking at the code that forms the internal implmentation of .Net you will see that a lot of the naming does use prefixing of some sort. However none of the exposed interfaces seem to have names that have type prefixes. rosh ----------------------------------------------------------- To stop getting this e-mail, or change how often it arrives, go to your E-mail Settings. http://groups.msn.com/cochindotnet/_emailsettings.msnw Need help?
