Hi, Does anyone know the reason why Microsoft removed Hungarian Notation from .NET?
See

I think all of us are using some form Hungarian Notation, see Control Prefix
Button btn ComboBox cbo CheckBox chk Label lbl ListBox lst MainMenu mnu
RadioButton rdb PictureBox pic TextBox txt These are the commonly used notations in
the code for Controls. What do you think is it a good idea to use Hungarian Notation
in .NET? Is it good use prefix for all variable names( other than the controls )? For
example m_ , str , n , l and etc. In your opinion what is the best method for naming a
variable? Share your thoughts Regards, Jam ( Hey... personally I dont like
Hungarian Notation, But my seniors are insisting me to use Hungarian Notations) How
to write unmaintainable code, section 29
