It could be a ear infection or yeast infection, which these dogs are noted for, because of air not getting into the ear canal. Take her to the vet for meds. It could also be allergies. But needs to be seen by the vet. good luck and hope she feels better soon.

My cockapoo has an annoying problem. She constantly is scratching at
her ears. I mean, not just a little scratch, she will scratch and
scratch until she stinks. After she scratches, she then licks and
licks her paw that she scratched with. And that is another thing, she
is always licking at her paws. Front and back ones. Does anyone else
have this problem? Any suggestions?
