No it doesn't... I just checked... It goes to the quasi-correct
http://cvs.apache.org/from-cvs/cocoon-2.0...

That's what I just did on the server:

That is the only occurrence of the word "xml-cocoon2" on the server, all
other problems are client-cache related...
