Hi,

I am new to cocos2d, but I really like what I see so far.

On my recently acquired laptop I am unable to run any of the tests or
samples utilizing 'effects'. I am assuming that this means my hardware
doesn't support framebuffers, although I am yet to run glxinfo to
confirm this.

For the sake of cross platform distribution of programs, is this on
the agenda to be in some way fixed in a future version of cocos2d?

(In the Europython cocos2d video it seemed to be implied that a fix
was imminent, but I haven't found much other discussion of this issue)
