Hi,

I am developing one game where shooter shall be stable and the object
keeps passing within the range of the shooter. My game lays out into
grid of mXn cells.

I want to design in such a way shooter shall have the range upto 1
cell radius from its current position. And when object crossess within
this range I should get a notification.

Can anybody help me how Cocos2d and Chipmunk shall solve my problem.
Will designing a shape surrounding the shooter help me or not.

Kindly help me in this regards
