1) Documentation:
just now I upgraded the doc builder toolchain to build in windows and fix
some epydoc compatibility issues with python 2.6 and docutils 0.6

I also fixed documentation related issues in the code ( r987)

I will make a page in the wiki with links to the docbuilder and generated
docs. (after sending this mail)

At first look it renders ok, rendered docs must be seen in linux, mac to see
if they look good there.

2) Decide what must be the official dependencies for cocos
pyglet , yes

what about the SDL audio ?
should be optional or mandatory ?
And if mandatory, exactly what should we require ?

For windows, SDL audio requires pygame package

Others OS ?

3) adjust and test the setup script

4) copyright notices, I seem to recall that some *.py have not the std
boilerplate

Basically thats all.

Nailing those points, we can do RC0 (or release if you insist) fast, then
it would be desirable to flesh-up the docs (and update obsolete info) and
update the docs archive
