I filed an issue to pyglet repo, here:

Besides the issue related to pyglet clock.schedule(), which may be or be 
not fixed, I noticed that using pyglet.clock.schedule_interval() doesn't 
suffer from the same problem. Therefore cocos may consider to use it 
instead of schedule(), just in case.
