my env is win7 x64 and python3.6，write the first line ‘import cocos’ ，the first time throw a error ‘OSError: exception: access violation reading 0x0000000000000000’ and after the first time ，it throw an error ‘NameError: name 'base' is not defined’ error locate in the file ‘__init__.py’
