I'm kinda glad you asked. I'm pretty sure we're in compliance:

but there are plenty of attributes and a few tags that either aren't
applicable or ignored. I'm still on the fence about a
ColdSpring-specific DTD. While it's a good idea as a development aid,
I like being able to say "no we just use the Spring DTD" as a
testament to what can be done w/ CF.
