When you mean - "go make coffee slow" - what exactly do you mean in seconds?

What version of Mach-II are you using?  For example, Mach-II 1.1.1 (Nov.
2006) rolled in some changes that made the initial loading or reloading
of Mach-II applications up to 25% faster on large applications. 
Actually, the larger the application -- more loading performance gain
you get (it's a nice curve).

Also, do you have a lot of filter, plugins or listeners?
