There isn't a memory impact because you're just creating a new
reference to the factory, not a copy of the whole factory.

Hmm, yes. While we don't have long running threads using ColdSpring *yet*,
it's sure to occur at some point.

It's looking more and more like, while it might be advantageous in terms of
uptime to replace a bean on the fly, it's not at all as easy as it looks to
do so.
