Is that a lot? Yes, I'd say you have a large-ish application. I just committed some additional improvements into 1.5.0 in regards to improving the load times for listeners, filters, plugins and the new Property.cfc type. My informal testing shows about 10-12% (re)load improvement on my large application. I'd be curious what the load times would be if you tried it against the 1.5.0 BER?
