If you are passing the raw xml into the bean factory, you could certainly put your own token in and do a REReplace on those before giving the xml to CS. But... 

Why are you doing this? Parameterizing class package names. Uhhhiuhssgghhh. This makes me shiver. There are many ways to deal with the location of your cfcs across servers and application instances (CF8, per application mappings perhaps??) , I am not really sure this is the best way to handle it.

Hmm, what was my 1 request for CF 8 now? Something akin to .jar files for CF...
