you're right about localisation - linux lacks a bit on that front. also,
installing software isn't as easy as in windows. although. i remember
reading an article about a test that was conducted a while ago where
people who did not have previous experience in computers to install
windows and linux. both groups of people had some problems but in
general test results were that windows and linux are approximately as
difficult to install. sorry, i don't have the url or anything about this
anymore. it was some while ago.
