Actually I always have "refuse pop-up windows" ON, unless...

Yeah, in Opera, I'd like to see some in-between setting, like in Pop-up 
Stopper (the handy little helper app for IE): CTRL-click would still open 
the window, even though you had set yer Opera to refuse popups.

Anyway, switching between "refuse" and "accept" popups is so quick in 
Opera, that it's not really an issue...
