My ballpark would be 2 to 3 days for a basic implementation, but I'll do some
more digging and come up with a breakdown next week. Again, if we just want to
address the fs scalability concern we can be done with it quickly, but looking
at ACE-314 and ACE-317 this might be a good a time as any to bite the bullet.
