FYI - this one was really helpful in this case. By looking at the link in the comment, you will find that the build of 3.8 image failed because of some transient network problem resulting in ("Unknown blob"). that's why I re-pushed it. @turbaszek -> I think it is rather straightforward to go to the link and see that the image build has been canceled ?
