Review comment:
initdb will fail if the database was already initialized (which happens if
you rerun the code). Specifying || true is the simplest way to get rid of it. I
will remove it from resetdb though - this way we can be sure it actually works
- even if initdb fails for some other reason, then resetdb will fail too.
