I'm generally on board with this. I think as long as the license is in the source file, we are okay. I don't see anything that states anything generated from it also requires it. That's how I read it though. @potiuk? If not, we could switch to the [short form](https://www.apache.org/legal/src-headers.html#is-a-short-form-of-the-source-header-available) instead.
