   Yeah. I think it's totally transparent except being annoying while debuging.

   I'd rather keep the long form if it is not problematic (seems that we have 
good solution that makes it possible). There is a good reason why we have to 
add it and while it is generally a boilerplate, until the OSS world (and the 
ASF in general) will settle down on say - using SPDX headers by default, this 
is a necessary boierplate. I might not like it, but it feels right to add whole 
licence text there (IANAL of course).
