Windows was never supported environment and Airflow was never installed on
Windows.
Did you have airflow installed on Windows before [~Mukhtasipov] ?
How did you use it ? It would be great to know what is your usage scenario to
be able to support Windows users with WSL but it is not yet officially
supported.
