I think we should move dumb-init then to ['devel'] group - that should solve
the problem. Unfortunately 1.10.5 is out today and it still has dumb-init as
"install_requires" requirement. I can fix it in master now, but then it will
only be solved in 1.10.6 (if it gets released)
