Review Comment:
   If we need dags from the filesystem to get that extra information then I 
don't mind re-creating it. Mayba a small comment there could help. I don't know 
a better way of achieving that. 
   
   Also you need the `subdir` param so you cannot really re-use the existing 
dag bag.
   
   > Or at least we need to check that the provided path is a subpath of 
DAGS_FOLDER
   
   This should be enough in that case.
