Rebased on latest `main` (was 5 commits behind). All pre-commit hooks and UI
lint/format passing.
**Resolved items:**
- `useMemo` removed — plain function call now (React 19)
- `useCallback` removed — plain arrow functions (React 19)
- Both review threads already marked as resolved
**Awaiting direction from @bbovenzi** on the streaming logs concern —
whether a UI indicator ("results may be incomplete while logs are loading") or
re-running search as streaming data arrives is the preferred approach. Happy to
implement either.
