Review Comment:
The coordinator only needs the `queue` field from TI, it doesn't care the
`pool_slot` and `priority_weight` at all. Then I found that the Task-SDK
`TaskInstance` doesn't include the `queue` field. This is why I introduce
#67174 in the first place.
