Added a paragraph after "Tested versions": outside canary runs the job holds
the image's packages with `--override` (so the frameworks' own caps are
overridden) and installs the newest framework release inside the
`exclude-newer` window, so it does not show that the tabled versions work in a
user's environment. Canary runs install the framework with its own pins.
