@ChahatKumar Thanks for your patience, and for the test fixes in #74797. I've rebased this PR onto the latest main and incorporated the MySQL test adjustments. MySQL does not preserve integers outside its native range exactly in JSON, so the two out-of-range regression cases now run on PostgreSQL and SQLite. The boundary-value and numeric-string cases still run on MySQL. This does not fix MySQL's storage precision limitation. I've also renamed the newsfragment to match the PR-number requirement. The relevant regression tests and static checks passed locally, and the changes are pushed.
