## Why Before each `breeze start-airflow`, `compile_provider_assets.py` runs `pnpm install --frozen-lockfile` in each provider's plugin UI directory (for example `providers/common/ai/.../plugins/www`) and then builds it. If the `node_modules` there was installed with a different pnpm store location (mine still pointed to a per-directory `.pnpm-store` from an older setup), pnpm has to remove it and reinstall, and it asks for confirmation first. The script captures pnpm's output, so nobody can answer. With stdin closed, pnpm exits 0 without installing anything, and the build fails on any dependency added since, for example `Rolldown failed to resolve import "react-icons/lu"` after #74334. With stdin left open, it waits forever. ## What Pass `--config.confirmModulesPurge=false`, so pnpm reinstalls without asking. The other prek hooks that install UI dependencies on the host (`compile_ui_assets.py`, `ts_compile_lint_*.py`) already pass it. I reproduced this with real pnpm: with a `node_modules` from before #74334 and the old store, main fails with the error above, and this branch builds. --- ##### Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR? - [X] Yes — Claude Code (Opus 5.5) Generated-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5) following [the guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#gen-ai-assisted-contributions) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
