## Why `breeze ci audit` checks a contributor's fork CI setup before they push. Check 5 passes when the `ci-amd.yml` workflow in the fork is `active`. The fork also has GitHub Actions settings. Check 5 does not read them. Two of these settings stop fork CI even when the workflow is `active`: - Actions is disabled in the fork. Then a push starts no CI run. This happened in my fork. The audit still said ok. - Actions allows only the owner's actions. `ci-amd.yml` uses actions from other repositories. GitHub then stops each run before any job starts. ## What For contributors who need fork CI, check 5 now reads the fork's Actions settings (`GET /repos/<fork>/actions/permissions`). It fails when Actions is disabled or limited. It offers the command that enables all actions. --- ##### Was generative AI tooling used to co-author this PR? - [X] Yes — Claude Code (Opus 5.5) Generated-by: Claude Code (Opus 5.5) following [the guidelines](https://github.com/apache/airflow/blob/main/contributing-docs/05_pull_requests.rst#gen-ai-assisted-contributions) -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
