The new RBAC interface permissions are very difficult to read at a glance
because they appear as one long list. For instance, it is not easy to tell if
"Admin" is a superset of "Op" and if "Op" is a superset of "User" (or what
their differences are). It would be preferable to group related permissions
together at least visually, if not in the role interface itself.
