Review Comment:
In Calcite there is an `ARRAY[]` constructor, and there is an `ARRAY()`
function in the Spark dialect. The former does not support "no arguments" - at
least when parsing. The latter does. (I think that's a bug, you should always
be able to build an empty array.) Maybe something similar goes on in Clickhouse?
