Review Comment:
Yes,I agree with your point,but currently there is no ClickHouse Library
support in SqlLibrary(Spark support in SqlLibrary so it can make an array
function to support empty array but ClickHouse can not), so I also think it is
a bug
when parsing and we should remove the number restrictions in map/array. I
would change it. @mihaibudiu
