Fixed in d553cc7f36e38bd415dbdb8f165c7123bf0147f3. Reverted the
`SecretRotationAware` implementation entirely — you're right that implementing
it is misleading when the component holds no live authenticated resource. Added
a brief note in `http-component.adoc` explaining that vault-backed credentials
are picked up automatically on context reload via the route rebuild.
