Good catch: `camel cmd send` and `camel cmd receive` had the same `arity = "0"` on `--prop`. Fixed with a test (`CamelActionPropOptionTest`) in 68399a6c8bf2 on main, cherry-picked here for 4.18.x, and in a new PR for 4.22.x as #27540 had merged.
