https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-25437 `camel run route.camel.yaml --prop greeting=FromProp` was silently ignored: the route kept the value from `application.properties`, and nothing warned. Only `--prop=greeting=FromProp` worked. **Cause:** `--prop` was declared with `arity = "0"` (since CAMEL-17968), on `camel run` and on `camel script`. With arity 0, picocli takes no separate value for the option and accepts only the attached `--prop=value` form. The separate `key=value` went on as a positional argument, a file to run, and was dropped. **Fix:** drop `arity = "0"`. `--prop` now takes one value per occurrence, like the other options. `--prop=key=value`, repeating `--prop`, and `--property` keep working. **Tests:** `RunPropOptionTest` covers the space form, all forms together, and `camel script`. It fails without the fix (3 of 3) and passes with it. The `Run*`, `Script*`, `ExportTest` and `LoadTest` tests pass.
