[~thobbs] I have done a basic testing of the "nodetool cleanup" and it did not
throw any error and looks like the changes have not regressed anything. Should
I upload one temporary patch with the changes for the changes I have done for
cleanup for your perusal? Please let me know. Based on that I can go ahead and
make the changes for the remaining options such as compact, decommission, move,
relocate. Thanks
