cassandra.sh vs. cassandra-env.sh - not sure either. Maybe someone else can
help out. But since the JEMALLOC_HOME-stuff is in conf/cassandra-env.*, I
assume it should go there.
Will check, whether the [jemalloc-win32 project on
github|https://github.com/shines77/jemalloc-win32] works. I assumed, that
there's no jemalloc support for C* on Windows.
I'll also add a micro benchmark to cross-check the getByteBuffer change.
