Given how different the system libraries are on Windows vs. Linux, I'd be
interested to see how stock compares to jemalloc on the platform. I may toy
around with your OffHeapAllocationBench on my bare-metal laptop install at some
point soon(ish), but I wouldn't sweat it for this effort. While I sucked in
the config lines for it when I wrote the PowerShell launch scripts, it's as yet
untested to my knowledge.
