Sam Tunnicliffe commented on CASSANDRA-7557:
--------------------------------------------
Ok great, that simplifies things a lot.
CASSANDRA-9037 has removed the function execution at prepare time, so I've
rebased the [branch|https://github.com/beobal/cassandra/tree/7557] and removed
all the stuff for passing auth context info down into prepare.

> We probably want some new permissions for user defined functions. Most
> RDBMSes split function permissions roughly into {{EXECUTE}} and
> {{CREATE}}/{{ALTER}}/{{DROP}} permissions.
